What is the Holistic Arts Social?
We held our studio's first open house in 2022 to introduce our friends to the mission & model of the Collective. To make friends and share the community that we were slowly building.
In 2023 we moved the Open House to April instead of December to host our growing community outdoors at the Collective. At the time we had over 10 small businesses as members and renters at the Collective. We showcased their individual businesses, held free classes including yoga, breath work and sound baths all morning, and put on thousands of dollars worth in giveaways.
Last years open house, which was called A Holistic Arts Social, was a huge success. The community came and our practitioners connected with clients, local business owners and friends of the Collective who we had met by building our social media community.
This year we wanted to include practitioners and vendors outside of our own. The Redding community deserves to have access to this amazing realm of holistic and alternative practices for all forms of wellness. We hope that by bringing together trusted practitioners, you can come meet with professionals who share similar values and goals.
Join our current practitioners, friends and trusted businesses on this beautiful spring day full of connection, education & magic.
Drop in anytime between 10-1pm on April 13th to visit practitioner and vendor booths.

What is Healing Arts Collective?
Your host for this event, Healing Arts Collective, opened in October 2020 by Whitney Kenney, owner of North State Ayurveda. The goal was clear: create a space for multiple practitioners to practice & co-exist. Larger than that even, create a community of people who work together to better one another and their businesses. In April 2021 Kat Billington joined Whitney's work on HAC, while she was still running Northstate Ayurveda full time.
We are now home to 10-15 practitioners at a time. Some have stayed since the beginning, while others have moved on, some even to open their own private offices. We try to assist the newer business owners who join us by taking on overhead costs, offering marketing support, & being a general resource in our members growth in whatever way we can.

We are proud to have had these amazing business owners as members with us before opening their own locations:
Hillary Ross with Rose Mountain Healing Arts
Katie Messer with Renew Wellness
Matthew Wall with Thrive Wellness Center
Our values will always have deep roots in community. We host a free monthly Reiki Circle, and multiple workshops throughout the year as well as support friends of the Collective in their endeavors anyway we can, like our friend Robin Brison from Origin Shasta; A Village Project, in beautiful Oak Run.
