ETIQUETTE
The environment is one of tranquility & relaxation. In consideration of other guests, we ask that you speak quietly and switch off mobile phones and digital devices.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Professional practitioners properly drape clients throughout the service. We will strive to fulfill wishes based upon availability. For assistance with anything during your experience, such as an adjustment to lighting, sound, temperature, pressure or technique of the service, please inform your practitioner.
HEALTH
To maximize the benefits of your therapeutic experience, clients should relate any health issues, allergies or injuries that may make the chosen treatment unsuitable. If you are feeling ill or have a fever, we ask that you contact us immediately and postpone your appointment. Practitioners will be happy to advise safer alternatives.

We value your time and we hope you value ours as well. We put great care into preparing for each session. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, reach out directly to your practitioner as soon as you can.
