Many in our field have realized that a 40+ hour work week is not suitable for growth & happiness in this life. While we wanted to serve our clients in a healing, upscale environment, paying market rent for an office you'll only be in a few days a week seemed wasteful to us. A new concept of shared space and collaboration was born. Multiple practitioners sharing office space, based on their preferred schedules. Some work in the mornings, some prefer the afternoons. Many prefer great flexibility, especially when just starting their practice. You may find a private office space for the same monthly rent, but we offer so much more than a space to practice...
We are a community of healers. Independent practitioners under one roof, offering holistic & alternative health therapies.
Therapists & Practitioners come to practice here to be supported by the community that we have formed.
Practitioners reference and collaborate with others in the space to provide multidisciplinary advice to our clients.

A Shared Rental Space & Collaboration Project
Community Participation.
Healing Arts Collective is more than a rental space. Every practitioner participates, to the best of their ability, in monthly meetings, light laundry & cleaning duties as needed, and events HAC participates in.
We welcome all members of the community as practitioners and clients. An accepting and loving environment where all feel welcome is our largest focus.

With your lease, we have included many services to help propel your growing business, or help take the load off of your thriving practice. Our main goal is to support small business owners, and their clients. You will always be your own business, but a part of a recognized holistic community as well. And if your business grows to large for our shared space, we will root you on as you move onto your next venture.
No start up cost:
We require no deposit, suites are fully furnished, all linens, towels, and cleaning supplies are provided to lower your upfront cost of starting your practice.
Marketing Suite:
Professional photography, practitioner page on website, email promotion, social media promotion, and print product design available for you at no cost.
Beautiful Downtown Location:
Located right outside downtowns center, we offer a renovated and modern facility with private parking, and a fully furnished lobby for your clients. Our office is relaxing and quiet, but also family friendly for our family focused practices.
Logistics:
Vagaro scheduling software, wifi, utilities, and housekeeping are all provided by HAC, so you can work on what matters most; your clients and business.

Flexible Rental Tiers
We have two rental tiers that we offer currently. Both work on the same calendar & room system and appointments are booked on a first come first service basis. We work hard to balance practitioner needs, and ensure there is not competition in the schedule, so everyone can see their clients in a timely manner. That being said, there are certain days/times that are busier than others, and we recommend having a conversation with us regarding your schedule needs early.
Full Time:
$600/mo | Unlimited clients/mo
No client counting, plus the ability to block off time in the future with the expectation that the time will be filled with appointments by the day prior. If you see more than fifteen clients per month this is the rental tier for you.
Part Time:
Starting at $200/mo | Pay per client structure
6 month lease
With the minimum rental rate of $200/mo, this covers your first 5 clients of the month. After 5 you will pay $40 per client-hour* until the max rental amount of $600. If you consistently reach the max rent, we will move you to the full time rental tier. This is approximately fifteen 1-hour clients.
These spaces are limited and we do not hold a waitlist. The best way to stay informed about part time openings is to stay in contact with the HAC community, come to events & gatherings, collaborate on projects and become a regular presence in the community.
*A client-hour is defined as an hour spent with a client. We do add mandatory time after every session to clean up/set up for the next client or practitioner in the room, so this time is NOT counted when accounting for rent due.
