Who is Shakay Robb?

Shakay is a Certified Integrative Somatic Practitioner, licensed cosmetologist, and eternal student of the body’s quiet, powerful wisdom. For over a decade, she’s held space for transformation—first through beauty and now through embodiment. Her work has always been about helping people feel their best, not just on the surface, but from the inside out. The outer glow means more when it reflects an inner shift.

​ Her own path has been one of disconnection and deep reconnection—a spiraling journey back to herself, guided by curiosity, healing, and an unwavering trust in the body’s ability to restore. A lover of alternative medicine and holistic ways of knowing, she found her way naturally to Somatics—where science meets spirit, and the nervous system tells its story in breath, pulse, and sensation. What she offers now is a woven practice: a blend of somatic training, intuitive energy work, and deep listening to the wild intelligence that lives in your tissues. Together, we work to resolve, re-write, re-wire, and restore—inviting regulation, balance, and the deep exhale of coming home. In her free time Shakay loves to be present with her daughter, loves to be out in nature, loves exploring new places and trying new things!
