Who is Lauren Uhlendorf?

Lauren is a Light Activation Healing and DNA Re-Activation practitioner.  Before she rediscovered her love for energy healing, Lauren worked as a Professional Massage Therapist.  While in massage school, she began to experience a spiritual awakening, which led her down the path of remembering her soul's rich connection to energy healing. One year into her career as an MT, she grew deeply curious about what truly causes people to hold so much pain in their bodies. While she was working on her clients, she noticed there were significant connections between the energy bodies and the physical body, often overlapping.

Lauren then began to notice that she often unintentionally "took on" the symptoms her clients, going home at night experiencing the same symptoms of pain in her body that clients had complained of earlier that day. This often left her feeling drained and unmotivated, turning to alcohol on the weekends to mask the discomfort of being an energetic sponge. She knew at this time that a shift needed to happen, as this was unsustainable and unhealthy. Lauren then sought out an energy healer in order to learn how to navigate these empathic gifts. She found a practitioner online who offered "Light Activation Healing"...She felt her whole body buzzing as she read about it, and was magnetically pulled to this modality for reasons she would later uncover. From the first session forward, working with this healing frequency began to shift her life on several fundamental levels. Over time, It allowed her to peel back several layers that led to recognizing and shifting negative patterns that were causing her to compromise her energy and absorb so much from others.

This process was more than just one of learning, but also of profound healing and shedding of old, outdated, selves. With this new understanding of energy healing, Lauren made the decision to step away from massage altogether. She realized that to get to the root of someone's pain, and to truly heal it, one must look beyond just the physical. Soon after, she followed the call to become a certified Light Activation Practitioner. During the course, she was also taught a modality called "DNA Re-Activation", and got to receive her first DNA healing sessions. These are all about unlocking dormant DNA, healing past life wounds/karmic patterns, and remembering who you are on a soul level.

​This led to a remembrance of many past lives and star seed connections for Lauren. She also realized this was not her first lifetime as an Energy Healer, and that Light Activation felt familiar due to her soul's past life connections with it. She uncovered many things about her soul each time she received a DNA Re-Activation; from remembering connections to Lemuria, Atlantis, Egypt, The Pleiades, + Sirius, to uncovering her past life as a Shaman, Lauren eventually realized how these rememberings interconnected with her soul mission in this life: To be an ancient earth keeper, energy healing facilitator, and grid worker.

She now is helping others remember their divine essence using the same powerful, ancient tools which helped her. Lauren named her healing practice "The Limitless Lotus" after her childhood nickname "LoLo", which also means "lotus flower". She loves the symbolism of coming from a dark, muddy place and blooming in spite of the odds, reminding us of our souls' limitless potential. ✨
